Ever since I had giardiasis many years ago, which damaged the part of my small intestine that absorbs vitamin B12, my reserves of B12 have always been low. Possibly due to this inability to absorb B12, I used to nap frequently and often lacked energy. However, from the day after I started this sublingual B12 spray I have not suffered from the overpowering urge to nap and my energy levels have been high! I presume this is because the absorption occurs direct into the bloodstream from the mouth, thus bypassing the digestive system.
I won't say it has changed my life, but it has made a big difference.

Easy to use. Quite effective but for me not as good as regular injections but being unable to get to a GP to administer the jabs it�s a useful stopgap.
