  • Ingredients: Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring (natural peppermint oil). Always read the label before use.

    I used to regularly take vitamin D tablets but I have completely switched to this sublingual spray now. It is available in 400, 1000, or 3000IU doses and tastes of pepermint. It is much more pleasant than swallowing a tablet and it is very easy to get kids to use it. The higher dose is the best value but lower doses are useful if you want to get into the routine of taking it daily.

    Well maybe not exactly but in the UK we only get so much sunshine and you can not always get out in it when its here so this spray solves the problem. With just one pleasant tasting spray a day you get your daily dose and all the benefits that Vitamin D gives us.

    This is a nice minty fresh way to take a vitamin. Spray under the tongue which quickly soaks into your system leaving your stomach tablet free. Used a few years now.
