  • Ingredients: Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring (natural peppermint oil). Always read the label before use.

    Because this spray is so easy to use, you can use it anywhere you may be. So much better than having to take tablets with water. The spray has a very pleasant taste, not overpowering, and means I do not put off taking it.

    I have been using betteryou vit D oral spray for a couple of years now and having recently had melanoma, it's vital I top up my vitamin D levels as I now shade a lot more.
    It's an easy spray and doesn't have a nasty taste or after taste.
    I get my vitamin D levels checked at the hospital and have always been fine, so I believe it's definitely helping

    In Cyprus in lock down forgot to bring my calcium d3 that Dr prescribed I am always going back to the surgery as hair loss, aching shoulders neck , wrist, ankle, Anyway they have Holland and Barrett here so I explained to assistant what was wrong and she showed me Better for you dlux d, she said one spray daily, I said it can not work with one spray, I am delighted in one week my hair has stopped falling out, went back to store and also bought calcium magnisium combined. Now growing my hair now that it thicker, have now been taking for 2 months.
