    Before buying this spray I used Vitamin D tablets and found they tasted awful and was not keen on taking them every day. Then I was recommended this product by a friend and it is so much easier, no swallowing tablets or unpleasant taste. It is great!

    Great product which I recommend to friends and family. So convenient to take with nice minty taste. Boosts immune system and helps me to avoid getting colds etc. Vitamin D has a myriad of positive effects on health and I will continue to take this product.

    Was diagnosed by a blood test as having very low vitamin D, chose to use this instead of tablets as much stomach isn't the best and I'm not good at swallowing tablets anyway, it's great, very easy, I guess the proof in the pudding will be when I eventually get my vitamin D levels checked again

    Only slight negative is there is an after taste that took a few days to get used to, but it's been a month using and I don't notice it now
