A convenient alternative

This is a perfect alternative to taking tablets. It delivers a reliable dose each press of the unit, the ingredients being absorbed into the blood stream much faster than tablet form.
The taste is very pleasant too.
The plastic sealing around the bottle is a bit fiddly to remove before first use, but overall it's a good quality spray bottle.
I would recommend it to anyone who has problems taking tablets.

I bought this to help with the inflammation of eczema as advised by my nutritionist, and it has 100% helped me to improve that. It's so easy and quick to use, as well as effective. I would definitely recommend this product, especially to Black people living in the UK, as we tend to be deficient in vitamin D.
