    I've been taking this daily without fail for over 2 years. A few weeks ago I had my blood tests done via my GP and it turns out I'm vitamin D deficient?? Now on vitamin D tablets my doctor has prescribed me.

    It has obviously been a bit of shock considering how much money I've plowed into this. I've been taking it with fats (during my lunch) and under the tongue/into cheek as directed. GP suggested the spray could be watered down?!

    Wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience to me?

    This is a great product and a really easy way to keep vitamin d levels topped up. Love this spray!

    Both my parents are frail and in a nursing home. As they have no mobility they rarely get outside these days in the sunshine, so this spray is essential. It is a pleasant taste and because it is a spray it is quick and easy to administer.

    I find this a convenient and pleasant way to deliver this important vitamin to the body on a daily basis. A good dose of D3 directly absorbed by spraying under the tongue; bypassing the digestive system and straight to were it's needed. Great for vegetarians too.
