    I researched the best and most effective way of taking Vitamin D. Its difficult to eat enough of the right foods for the right amount of Vitamin D and this spray kept coming up as the best. Because it is a spray and goes straight under the tongue, it goes directly into the blood stream. My nails are definitely stronger and I know overall it is good for the bones in general. The service on Holland & Barrett is excellent and no fuss. I accidentally set up a repeat order, which I was able to cancel which was also good and when I did need help, I got an email back within 24 hours.
