A good choice in the quest for strong immune suppt

Have been taking these for several weeks. My immune system does seem to be fairly resistant this winter - lots of people I know have been getting ill and I seem to be avoiding these infections but at the same time I do not mix with a lot of people. Sometimes I have felt I am starting with a bug but then it seems to disperse. So, am not sure if I can attribute this to the Immune Support, but will continue taking them for the time being as it is part of a cocktail of supplements I take for good health (or the hope for it!)

i would say this has an amazing range of vitamins and other ingredients that are very helpful - basically if you get this you need nothing else! love the fact that it also has probiotics inside. unfortunately if you are sensitive to garlic, this does not only a slight after taste but it might also ve heavy on digestion.

I have been using the immunity capsules for some time as I am prone to every cough & cold going - leading a busy lifestyle. I am still on the fence as I do still get run down, but could be inevitable, the capsules can only so so much.
Because of the vast vitamins included, it meant I could stop taking 10 supplements a day to just 1, which was really convenient. So please be aware, you may be doubling up! Also great to take whilst on antibiotics, so that some gut healthy bacteria is put back in! Not sure if it even reaches the gut, but even if a placebo affect it�s better than nothing and I feel I�m taking an active step to keep my immunity up.
The taste does make me gag a little, very strong garlic so have to get them in and down asap, but I think if I take on the regular they will help support my immune system. I only took 1 per day in the past, I didn�t realise it is 2 per day so I�m hoping with this going forward, they will really help me.
