Glucosamine is the basis of the synthesis of several important macromolecules, including glycoproteins, glycolipids and glycosaminoglycans. These macromolecules can be found in the synovial fluid, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and muscles.
Glucosamine is a major structural component of joint tissue. It is naturally found in the joints of the body but rarely found in natural food sources.
Vitamin C supports the normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage.

How to Apply

Directions: Take 1 Capsule(s) per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.

Big Dy Tablets but They Help My Joints

These tablets are big and dry which makes them difficult to swallow.
They do help my joints however.
Useful to find tablets without animal additives.
