Helpful for joints post-surgery

I�ve been taking this for 2 years since having knee surgery. I had a few months off recently and definitely noticed a changed in sensations in my knee, a bit more pain and not so smooth moving. Have bought the vitamins again as it�s great to know they do make a difference.
