Started getting aches in my joints and the GP suspects arthritis. I was getting fed up with the constant pain so started taking these supplements. I'm coming to the end of the first jar and my pain has improved significantly. I can't confirm that this alone has done the trick and think it's a combination of these supplements, a weekly lesson of Pilates and the recent sunshine of course.
