Turmeric with black pepper

Have been taking these for sometime now for auto immune condition. Hopefully helping but hard to know. These have black pepper in them which is supposedly better for absorption of the turmeric. I like that it is organic as well.

Works for tummy pains and regularity as well.

My GP suggested I could try this for arthritis. I have found it very, very good for ibs .
Difficult to say whether arthritis would be worse without it.

Great way to take turmeric and black pepper daily

I�ve been trying to incorporate more turmeric in my diet for ages and never knew about these capsules. Such a great way to get a high dose of both without having to incorporate into food. Each capsule contains just turmeric and black pepper - nothing else!

Turmeric has so many amazing benefits for healthy. Looki h forward to seeing the results, especially on my joints that ache a lot at this time of year.

Turmeric turn around

Ordinarily I never touch these products but with a huge wait for the NHS to tackle my aches I took the plunge. Six weeks later the aches have abated, I'm losing fat and my reflexes are sharper. It may be this product or perhaps I'm simply getting better myself. The fact remains that I'm no longer a sceptic and will continue to take this twice daily food supplement for the foreseeable future.
