A friend recommended this after learning I was adding just a wee bit of cooking tumeric to my food. I learned that the black pepper helps activate it and the buy one second half price helped. And it's made a difference. I'm developing arthritis and this has eased any aches.

Too large to swallow?

Unfortunately a lot of supplements are too large for me to swallow and this is one of them, hence the 4 stars. As they're capsules I can't chop them in half of I could have the benefit of them

On line order for turmeric and vitamin d3 which I take daily. Within a few weeks of starting turmeric, the arthritis pain in multiple joints became much better. I haven't taken prescribed naproxen or any other meds for a couple of years now. It may not help everyone, but it worked wonders for me.

I�m confused as dosage as changed

I�ve been taking these for years. 2 a day as per instructions.
The new bottles are exactly the same product but states only take one a day do not overdose.
Excellent product but would like H&B to confirm what is the safe amount to take and have I been over dosing for years
