Helped.. but I had severe side effects

Been using these a while and feel they help with hip and knee pain. But had to stop taking them as was getting what felt like pressure in my chest and throat, didn't know what was causing it so stopped capsules after 1 week symptoms disappeared, tried again symptoms came back. Such a Pity as I honestly think they helped with pain, but the pressure In my chest was very worrying to continue. Doesn't mention side effects on bottle.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, and really pleased with it. I'm not that keen on the taste of Turmeric so these capsules are great as you get no after taste. I will buy this item again

Pain relief

Used Turmeric capsules with Ginger root which I cut up and put in hot water with a tea bag and lemon(no milk); after x2 days my sciatica that I had for x3 months none stop had gone!!!!; may not help everyone but the two (turmeric with ginger) did it for me. Probably get the same effect by using Ginger capsules (instead of ginger root)...and easier to prepare.
