I have arthritis in some of my knuckle joints on each hand and looked at a few different product reviews before choosing these. I hadn't even noticed they were working until i was telling a friend about them 2/3 weeks after taking them & then i realised i had no pain anymore. I used to rub my knuckles constantly during the day, especially during work as they used to throb quite a bit & i used to wake up with slight numbness & pins & needles in my hands in the morning but not anymore. These are pricey but definitely worth it.

Organic high strength turmeric with black pepper

Have been taking this for over a year on medical recommendation to help with arthritis & I have found my flare ups are considerably less & I only need occasional pain relief. I did try another brand as I couldn�t get hold of this one & suffered a big flare up after a couple of weeks. Now back on them & the pain is much more manageable.

Better than painkillers

I have suffered from sciatica pain for nearly 5 month and the only thing that gave me relief was morphine 4 times a day but after being recommended turmeric instead, i didnt thjnk twice. From day 1 it was such a difference. I stopped morphine completely.
