I bought this tablet a month ago as my doctor said i need to have iron supplements after my blood test shows that i am very low in iron. Normally i would have the prescription of the doctors but because of my IBS, i have to have something thats calm for my stomach.
When i had this, i was impressed as how calm it was to me. Normally i would be terribly constipated and have very bad tummy ach but it didnt show any side effects. After 2 weeks, something started happening to my body. Lightheaded, gassy, acid reflux and sick. i didnt vomit but i was feeling very very nauseous. later that day it went worse, i couldnt eat food, i was bloated, very gassy and very lightheaded. i was constantly burping and was feeling very low. I was so confused why this was happening to me as i have not had such bad gastritis before. I have suffered with IBS for years and years and also acid reflux but not gastritis. I stopped taking all my vitamins as i thought maybe it might be because of that and it still went on for couple of days and then it stopped. Then i started having very bad pain in my left breast which wouldn't stop but then after a week that stopped. I stopped taking my vitamins for two weeks and everything went back to normal. A week ago, i started to take my vitamins again including this iron one and yesterday when i was sitting in the car, similar symptoms started happening. Pain in my left breast, gassy, burping and stomach pain. I now know why and its because of these iron tablets after reading and investigating into it. I am still sceptical and still wonder if it might be something else but the gastiris symptoms started after having these iron tablets so im only speculating it is because of this. I am going to give this the lowest stars just to warn others.

Bought this because I'm vegetarian and wanted to make sure my iron levels didn't get too low. Definitely feel like I have more energy.

They melt in your mouth if you leave them in there long enough, nothing wrong with that. I like these as they have a high dose. I needed a replacement brand as my previous brand was no longer available elsewhere and glad to have found these. They are good and can't complain when on offer!

I took one a few days ago it made me feel very nauseous,high temperature and a very bad tummy for two days and cramps.Apparently others have had the same problem so be careful x

Been taking these for around a week and have made me throw up around 10 mins after taking them. Horrible stomach cramps afterwards too.

I have tried many kind of iron suplements and this one worked for me the best. The price is also affordable.

They are good value and great way of boosting my iron intake.

These tablets are brilliant. As a vegetarian i try to make sure i'm taking a good does of iron and these fit the bill.
