    I have ordered these as a supplement to my standard diet as I was advised by the GP that I have an iron deficiency, however two weeks into taking these I had to stop as the herbal taste/ formula of the tablets were really upsetting my stomach and I was keep feeling nauseous at all times.

    How do you rate a vitamin? I guess they do the trick - more energy, possibly. Seems like good value and vitamin content, particularly as they are essentially a multivit with extra iron. So...yay?

    There is a lot of unnecessary plastic waste in the 30 tablet version, the tablets take up less then a 10th of the space of the plastic bottle which is very wasteful

    The smell of these is awful and I�m always nauseas after takin, on a few occasions I�ve vomited. I�ve tried cutting them in half and taking however they�re still vile. The smaller tablets work just as well without any side effects. Won�t be purchasing again
