Good overall but taste and smell unpleasant

I can feel the benefits of taking these tablets - I feel more energised and less fatigued. However, the taste and smell are not pleasant and I have felt nauseous at times after taking. I manage to put up with that to get the overall benefits but it makes me reluctant to take it regularly.
