Multi Iron tablets struggling with anemia

I am on day two, I have felt a lot better today than in months and months. I have been struggling daily with energy levels, tiredness and general day to day tasks. I did experience night tremors quite bad lastnight which I read is normal so hopefully this will ease or I will see how I get on with these and if they are still occurring I will try lowers the dose from 14mg
