Gave me serious heartburn

I hoped these might help my gut health. Unfortunately, within half an hour of taking one tablet I had heartburn which is something I never get. I felt queasy all evening and into the next day too. I think they're too potent for my stomach. I wouldn't recommend these unless you have a cast iron stomach.
