    I was having dreadful difficulties with my pony�s gut, he was constantly bloated & runny. Vet suggested a probiotic as a last resort because we had tried everything else. We started him on a loading dose of 2 capsules per day for 14 days. The difference within days was amazing. He has one capsule per day now as a maintenance dose, vet cannot believe the difference.
    Based on the pony success, I can also recommend for humans as I take them now too.

    I�ve been taking this for a couple of years now and it really helps with my ulcerative colitis symptoms and appears to have helped reduce the frequency of my flares. May not work for everyone (as unpredictable as UC is!!) but it�s definitely worth trying to see if it helps.
