    To the previous reviewer claiming to have done research into this product and Fructooligsaccharides, please go and research further. Whilst some varieties of this H&B bacteria line do contain said product, this 20 bill variety does not. A simple look at the ingredient lists of the different products could have told you that. These are a great product which have massively helped my gut issues. If you have an FS intolerancy then maybe avoid some of the other varities of this product, but the 20 bill product is absolutely fine.

    You must take it with cold water as the heat Kills of The bacteria. It puts good bacteria in your stomach . it prevents me from having stomachache all day if I eat the wrong foods or too much

    I have a digestion problem, the SNHS treatment was not working, i came across this and tried it and it has worked my stomach is behaving as it should, i take one a day.

    I found these excellent. I am steroid dependent and regularly take anti-biotics and am constantly suffering from IBS , bowel irregularities, bladder infections due to poor levels of good gut bacteria. I take one a day at lunch time as well as my prescribed lanzoprazole. I use far less immodiums and have found some balance even after just a few weeks. What a relief.
