    I have been taking accidophilus tablets for the past 40 years as suffered badly with thrush. On researching I found that this was the best way to control thrush. Have never looked back. Also grave found them great as a natural stomach liner for the gut. My husband takes them as well now and find the 20 billion the best. Highly recommended.

    I bought these a few weeks ago to help my indigestion, while there's no doubt they have helped this tremendously I was beginning to get concerned about weight gain, at first I put it down to the fact that I must have been eating more than usual but decided to look at information on lactobacillus acidophilus and discovered that it's given to farm animals to fatten them up and also causes humans to gain weigh ! This may explain why I've put on almost a stone, unfortunately I bought 2 jars so will now have to throw them away.

    I started using this product after been recommended them by a Gynecologist. After suffering with numerous recurring ladies infections of all sorts i was told the cause could be my copper coil implant, however after discussing with the specialist she suggested just trying these biotics first. I haven't had one infection since i started using them nearly 3 months ago. I take one every day with breakfast, but not with a hot drink. Would definitely recommend for women's health!
