Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal fertility and reproduction, maintenance of normal bones and has a role in the process of cell division.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Magnesium Oxide, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Zinc Gluconate, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Carnauba Wax, Glycerine). Always read the label before use.

Nice poduct but info for TWO tablets

I ordered these but later found out that the nutritional info is for TWO tablets. Why does H&B do this? It means customers have to be very careful when reading the label. Please can H&B just give info for ONE tablet please. This would also help customers compare products more easily. I'm a long time customer but dislike this practice. I thought I was getting a reasonable deal only to realize that in effect, it's really like having 50 tablets. I got caught out. So, not happy. Maybe I'll try returning them as they are not such good value for money.

It is convenient to be able to take both these minerals in one tablet. I would prefer a tablet that is easier to split making it easier to take a divided dose during the day. I am not sure why the directions suggest two tablets per day amounting to 200% RDA for Zinc and 142% RDA for Magnesium in addition to what is ingested in the normal diet.
