Ingredients: Magnesium Oxide, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Zinc Gluconate, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Carnauba Wax, Glycerine). Always read the label before use.

I started taking magnesium to help with restless legs and disturbed sleep, so far they seem to be really helping! I have only taken half the recommended dose as twice a day left me with a seriously upset tummy.

I come back to Holland & Barrett as a Vegetarian because they never have any artificial additives or preservatives. I know when I take these supplements i'm assured of no Lactose, no milk, no gluten.
The magnesium with zinc tablets have been very effective.
