Holland & Barrett Magnesium & Zinc 90 Tablets

been taking this for 3 weeks and I have noticed an improvement already. I have also had diffuculty dropping off to sleep but I don't know if that is the tablets or things going on in my life - would recommend

I have passed this on to people who are at the beginning of burn out, or have gone through physical and emotional stress or eat a lot of convenience foods. It has helped to improve sleep, reduce/stop muscle cramps, improve brain fumction ie reduce brain fog which usually accompanies stress and poor diet. The combo withzinc is particulalry good.If someone drinks a lot of fizzy drinks then they should definitely take this. The phosphoric acid in soda pops inhibits the absorption of magnesium and calcium.

I was a bad sleep, I would have whatever was 'happening or I had to do' keeping me from getting a good night's sleep, additionally shoulder and low back injury pain also played a part at the end of a long, hard day. In turn, I would get up for the toilet and it had become an annoying cycle. I started taking these six months ago and from the first night (I take two half a hour before bed), my sleep was deep and undisturbed. I felt inches taller, my sleep had been so much more restorative.
