These tablets contain a blend of essential nutrients, including iron and magnesium, which support the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and help maintain energy levels and immunity. Additionally, biotin, calcium, iodine, niacin, vitamin B5, riboflavin, and thiamine contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamins C, D, B6, and B12, along with zinc and selenium, support immune system function, while zinc and selenium also aid in maintaining healthy hair and nails. With key ingredients like 10µg of vitamin D, 75mg of magnesium, and 10mg of zinc per serving, this maternity supplement is designed to provide comprehensive support for new mums.
