  • Flaxseed oil, also known as Linseed oil, is an excellent natural source of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) which is an Omega-3 fatty acid. As the body is unable to produce them, Omega-3 fatty acids are essential additions to the diet.
  • Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. This beneficial effect can be found with a daily intake of 2g of ALA from food and supplements.

    I think that you will find that customers who buy Flax seed oil rather than fish oil are vegetarians so why do you use gelatin capsules which are animal bones ?.

    I was advised to buy these capsules as part of a diet plan to improve my physical wellbeing and the results of which I am awaiting an improvement. Holland and Barrett was the only place that I could obtain the dosage that was required and at a great price.

    After three weeks use @ one capsule a day (could take one twice a day) have noticed my nails are harder and have grown, I have less hair come away in my brush. I still have dry eyes so May now start taking one twice a day, but the other improvements are impressive.
