Directions: For adults, Take five drops (0.25ml) daily, preferably with a meal. May be taken orally or put in water, juice or food. Do not exceed stated dose. As a moisturiser, apply directly to your skin.

Very disappointed that H&B has discontinued this product. The recommeded substitute product is a mix of several oils and isn't suitable for swallowing.

Lemon Scented!

This is good but it is lemon scented and I feel like it should say that on the front of the bottle or in the description! I had no clue when I bought it so it's slightly annoying that I didn't know because I was looking for an unscented one to add to my body scrub... now my body scrub HAS to be lemon or citrus scented and I really don't appreciate that.

I have been buying Vitamin E oil from Holland and Barret for some years now. this is not the brand I usually get - it seems that the one I usually use is no longer available. Although it says 100% vitamin E oil it also contains soya and lemon oil. I use the plainer one because I am sensitive to perfumes etc.

Why have H&B stopped doing the plain massage oil - for those of us who do not wish to drink it?!

I use this oil for both my skin and my hair. It the best oil ever, typical they always discontinue the best products. Have they discontinued it??????? Great for hot oil also daily for afro caribean hair.
