I needed a facial oil that would not give me spots. After several failed attempts. I choose this oil because its pure enough 2 drink. I use it in my day and night face routine. It hydrates my skin perfectly without blocking my pores therfore no spots. I only use 2 small drop to moisturise my entire face and neck as it is an oil and can be very greasy.
