    I started taking these after researching supplements I could take to help with Pre Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder. I've taken them for a month now and have noticed a large improvement ��my mood is much more stable, I have more energy and so far, no pain. Early days but I think these work. Only downside is the size of the pill ��you might want to break it in half.

    Great product! Calcium and Magnesium works best in this ratio (2:1) + added vitamin D is a bonus. Happy customer

    These caplets are twice the size of my little finger nail. They are so large that swallowing them whole can feel a little perilous to me. I think that these would be better if they were smaller or had an illustration of pill size on pack. Holland and Barrett offer chewable calcium supplements and I will definitely choose these next time.
