    I have been having the capsules since the consultant bone specialist recommended them on behalf of other patients who had given reports to him that they helped reduce pain. That was 6 or more years ago. I cannot get on with the tablets. The tablets stick in my throat.

    They are quite big capsules but work better for me than vitamin D. I have noticed reduced joint pain since taking these for a month

    Bought these capsules a year ago - can honestly say arthritic aches and pains are the same. Would think there would be some improvement by now or lessoning of symptoms. Have spoken to people who absolutely recommend this product but did not work for me. Like all supplements I often wonder about the placebo effect.
