What is it?

Holland & Barrett Omega 3 Fish Oil + D3 Capsules contain active EPA and DHA plus Vitamin D3. EPA and DHA are Essential Omega-3 fatty acids commonly found in fish oils. Essential Fatty Acids have to be ingested from food as they are not naturally produced by the body. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision.

    These should really come with a warning about the size. They are over an inch long and quite wide. I couldn�t swallow them, I thought I was going to choke. Awful.

    Great mix of fish oil with Vit D. I�m Vit D deficient and this gets me to the right level and I feel the difference, wanted to boost my oil intake as well as mainly vegetarian but do eat a little fish so this is a great cost effective way to get both.

    Good product, higher dosage of EPA Than many of other OMEGA products in the range. Make it convenient having Vitamin D3 included in capsules.
    Expensive though but join the Savers plan for offers.
