    I have been taking CoEnzyme Q 10 for over 20 years now. I find that it helps greatly with my energy levels. Initially I was taking 30 mgms but I creased this to 100 mgm or 120 mgms and I really saw a difference with the increased dosage. It is pretty expensive but for me well worth it. I buy when there is an offer on buy one and a second for 1 p. I bought 4 bottles recently which will see me through the next 4 months..This is where the 100 or 120 mgms comes in as I buy whichever is on offer.

    I have ME/cfs and unfortunately a number of other health conditions that cause fatigue, so I wasn�t expecting much. I can�t really tell what these tablets do when I�m taking them, only that I notice a definite difference when I miss one or two (I�m usually bedridden with a horribly low mood when I forget to take one). They�re the only supplement I�ve tried that have done anything for my fatigue at all.
