I bought this product second year of being vegan. During my first year of being vegan my skin was perfect and my body weight was normal. When I started taking these I started to get acne(clogged pores) during this time I was wearing makeup so I wasn't too sure if it was the makeup causing my acne or thi skin supplement. I carried on supplementing because for 2 years because I believed it was the makeup not the supplement.that cause d my acne. It was only recently after doing ingredient research that other people were breaking out because of the ingredients that are in this supplement. To fix my acne I started supplementing on biotin which caused really bad inflammation and food sensitivity. I would not recommend this but chlorella or spirulina it's best to get nutrients from actual food rather than something synthetic that isn't easily absorbed by the body.

I started taking these before perimenopause as i have polycystic ovaires and was always very hormonal. Then during perimenopause i continued to struggle with my hormones. I do feel they help.
