I find this product a useful addition to the Enzymes I regularly use. There seems to be a slight increase in my energy. I will continue to take this supplement, though enzymes are the most important.

Tablets do what the label says and I have noticed a change.
On the downside though the tablets could be a little smaller as a bit on the large size to swallow
However will recommend and have already done so to people I know........

Worked for my Restless Legs

After researching ways in which to manage my Restless Legs I read an article about Vitamin B1 helping as sufferers could be deficient, so I started with this B Complex that contained RDA of B1. Well what a revelation it worked for me!

These tablets are a good buy if you want a boosting dose of vitamin B. They do the job well, but the tablets are very large. I am used to taking tablets but these are very big and difficult to swallow and you need to take two a day. I'll be looking for some that do the same but are smaller in size or one a day....if they can be found. In the meantime, at least they do the job.
