I suffer with IBS and especially when i eat something i get very bad stomach pain in the morning but this has honestly helped me with my IBS and bloating. I see a difference i just wish they could reduce the price

Better but early days

Since taking these my years of suffering from nervous bowel now more inclined to be called IBS have eased. I think it is a little too early to say they have cured my problems as i have not yet finished a months supply but they have certainly helped! I am optimistic that another couple of weeks will see more improvement.

Been taking these nearly a month now. I got recommended by someone to have a shot of applecider vinegar with a capsule each morning so ive been doing that. My gut feels ok i think i probably need to take it for longer to see more effects and the effects are probably on the inside where i cant see. But i would still definitely recommend if you have gut issues
