Good product, good delivery service but website checkout could be improved.
Having ordered the product and gone to checkout I could not apply my accumulated points to reduce the charge. The system should know i had points to use without me telling it in advance and should have offered the option to apply my points. I did not want to start the transaction all over again and now my points will expire. It is not a big amount but it is annoying and negates the promotional appeal.
