Turmeric Recent purchase and feeling hopeful!

Hi. I�ve just purchased and commenced on Turmeric 600mgs capsules, one a day. I�ve only been using them for about two weeks now and not feeling much benefit as yet but I�m well aware that it may be early days. I have previously been using another drink substitute of Turmeric for over a month and was beginning to notice some benefits to my muscles and joint pain however that item was very pricey however the H&B capsules are substantially cheaper than the other ones, so fingers crossed that over the next few weeks they will have built up in my system enough for me to experience the benefits and therapeutic relief for my (ageing!!) pain. ????????????
