I did not have the opportunity to see the results of Tumeric. I am not sure if it was a conhecidence, but I started having stomache daily for the period of one week while I was taking the tablets. Stomach upset went away imediatelly when I stopped it. I will try it again, to make sure it was a side effect or not of taking the capsules though.
