Great for my arthritic knee.

I have been taking these turmeric capsules for around 6 months now and really feel they have helped ease the arthritic discomfort in my left knee. I'm not saying they suit everyone but worth a try for at least 3 months if you have a knee problem.

It seems to help with �aches and pains� from sciatica spasms to muscular cramps in one shoulder and arm. Whilst the same ingredients are in food that I occasionally eat, curry, soup etc, taking these capsules daily ensures I maintain the best amount in my bloodstream without too much trouble.
