Turmeric Helps my Arthritis

I use these for Arthritis in my hands. Initially I wasn't sure if they were effective until recently when I took a break from them and the pain returned, only to subside when I recommenced taking the tablets. I am a convert and well continue to use them.

Turmeric and pepper review

I have an autoimmune condition and since taking these tablets the pain has Slightly improved. I have been taking them for About 2weeks, so feels like it�s too early to give a proper review. I still need to do some blood tests to see if they are really effective as an alternative to taking conventional medicine. Time will tell, will give a review again.
