    I had my doubts about non- medicinal treatments, but after 2 weeks of taking these capsules my joint pain is reduced so much, I can now walk for longer distances and at a much faster pace. I've just stocked up on more to keep me going for many more months.

    I've found high strength Turmeric very useful---I've got cervical spondylitis and suffered from mdium to high pain on my wrists, fingers and shoulder since 20 years, tried Holland and Barrett Turmeric capsules recommended by a friend and after a fortnight found that the inflammation was reduced from twice a week to once a week, after three months usage I'm not getting any pain nor inflation.
