    I took these vitamins for a little over a week and suffered from 4 severe visual migraines. After a blood test and various checks, my doctor advised that I do no take these tablets again. Annoyingly I bought these on offer so I have a bottle that
    I haven�t even opened. I have been advised to not even give these to anyone else and dispose of them straight away.

    This vitamin is very good but the round tablet is large and awkward to swallow! Tablet needs to be in either a coated oval or caplet form. Finding current round tablet shape very off putting. I recommend the vitamin but not the form it is in!

    As with anything it takes a while to notice any difference but I am on 2nd lot now and can honestly say i have noticed a difference so will continue to use them

    Feel so much better after taking this vitamin, only drawback is, makes me a little sleepy, might be better to take at night time before going to bed.
