Easy to have in your daily routine

Only been using a couple of days, so hard to say if they work yet. It is quite a large capsule, but easy to swallow. I personally take mine with my breakfast.
Alongside my new face care regime, I feel these are definitely starting to make a difference.

Made me look great with only 2 hours of sleep

I started taking these during exam season and normally under sleep deprivation mode plus a lot of stress I would get bad spots and my skin would look flaky. However, this product made me look as if I had 8 hours of sleep and that I actually took care of my skin! Overall, a great product, would totally recommend.

I bought this product recently for myself and sister in law after reading reviews.
Unfortunately they don't meet the standards. They caused nausea and diarrhoea.
My conclusion is that these side effects should be mentioned.

I got these as my elderly dog has started taking the canine version with glucosamine and had amazing results so I thought I would have try it.

It took a while for my body to adjust with some nausea but after several weeks of uses, my knees are much better and my eyelashes have thickened.
