I bought Iron Tablets because of falling asleep during the day. I've only been taking them for about two weeks, so it may be to early to fairly judge, but so far I've not noticed any improvements.

Are they gluten free?It doesn't say on the website or on the packaging.
I am gluten intolerant(coeliac) and they gave me horrible cramps...it felt like heartache.

Terrible Nausea!

I have previously used and loved the iron and vitamin C supplement which I was a great fan of - H&B must have changed these and they are no longer vegan so I have swapped to this alternate.
It�s been a week of taking them (with food as advised) and I have been awfully nauseous for 1 hour after to the point I�ve had to run to the bathroom thinking I will be sick. Please make the vitamins C iron tablets vegan suitable again!

Iron levels can drop, especially in women, making you feel tired and low energy. The great thing about this product is that vitamins are also added so you get extra benefit.

Good value, works as expected

Seem to work as intended (GP suggested iron supplements since I had love folate/iron levels); don't feel anything out of the ordinary. I take them with a meal because iron supplements in the past have made me feel a little queazy if I've not eaten. Good value as well compared to some branded iron supplements that I've tried, which contain the same number / type and amount of ingredients
