These made me nauseous. I am a bit sensitive with multivitamins anyway but felt sick every day I took these and it stopped when I stopped. Decent nutrient content if you can stomach them though.

Made me feel sick

I am chronically anaemic and have been on our on tablets or iron supplements for years now. I�ve tried a lot of Iron tablets in the past. Thought I�d try these. Unfortunately these tablets make me feel sick after taking them. They smell and taste awful but I can deal with that. I just can�t deal with the fact I may be sick for a couple of hours after taking. I have cut down to one every other day just to finish the pack but I won�t be buying again. Sorry Holland & Barrett.
