    Purchased a month ago when on offer, after feeling no results decided to do abit of online investigation. Apparently you can see if the bacteria is indeed live and working buy emptying a capsule into a small amount of milk and then leaving for 24-48 hours at room temp. The milk should separate/get lumpy if the product is working, I found absolutely no change. Should have kept my receipt!

    Had severe gut pain and this type of supplement was recommended by daughter. Pain has gone but no cause identified and no way of knowing whether this product helped or the pain went by itself. Could have been a bug or infection.

  7. Subtle improvements a week in

    So I'm a week into taking these, initially brought to treat bv after reading about the success of acidophilus in a study about bv treatments. In a week, the bv that I have been plagued with for years has decreased and I'm hoping that if I continue to take this, I'll finally be rid of any symptoms. Also, I've suffered with ibs since a teen and have not had any flare ups since taking them.

    Possibly an effect of the capsules aswell, my skin in clearing up and my mood has been consistently good since. Happy gut = happy me :)
