I�ve taken 20 billion in probiotics for thirty years. Kept to the same well known brand double the cost .
I brought these to safe money and I�ve been on them one month. I always keep to a set diet. I have seen a great difference, 80 % of bloating has gone. I�m enjoying my food more now. I except I will never be 100% , due to ops weak digestion etc, but I really cannot believe the difference.
