    I've bene using these for about a year and whilst I know the scientiusts can't quite decide if PRO biotics are actually doing us any good (whereas PRE biotics are definitely helping), I feel a little reassured that I am at the very least, not harming my gut bacteria.

    Fantastic product brought to help with tiredness this is a repeat purchase. Now been using this for 2 years ish takes a little while to notice a difference but once you notice it then you don't want to be without dramatic noticeable results I like these ones as there's no additional crap added to the capsules.

    Really good probiotic just wish they made it as a 10 billion product and dairy free - please H & B can you product this as a 10 billion dairy free probiotic - otherwise I can highly recommend

    This Acidophilus is very good for the gut especially if you have Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Take one a day but don't have a hot drink for at least half hour after taking.
